Wonderful visit to see Sir Elton John’s collection of Modernist photographs at The Tate accompanied by my daughter, Jocelyn. Many iconic works on display by Man Ray, Brassai, Dorothea Lange, and Aleksander Rodchenko and others. One of the striking things I took from the experience was how small some of these iconic images were in their original form. Also great to see many photographic portraits of the great and the good in 20th century cultural and artistic life.
